Prayer – Above all, Christian Recovery Counseling asks for prayer. Our prayer is that God will use this ministry to bring hope, healing and freedom to the many people we see each day who struggle with mental illness. Most often, this mental illness comes as a result of abuse or trauma that has taken place in the lives of our clients.

Event Volunteers - CRC holds fundraisers throughout the year and serving as a volunteer on a fundraising committee is a fun way to bless this ministry. Use your creativity to collaborate on event themes, decor and marketing ideas!

Scanning Project Volunteers – CRC is in need of volunteers for a scanning project. It is our desire to transfer our daily business files from paper to electronic. This will greatly decrease our space requirements and better preserve our business information. Anyone volunteering for this project will be given detailed instructions and a confidentiality agreement. Play Therapy Items – One of the key methods of therapy when working with children who are victims of abuse or trauma is Play Therapy. For more information about play therapy, please see our section on What is Play Therapy? It is very important in Play Therapy to have appropriate toys in good condition. Many of the toys that CRC currently uses are very old and in bad condition. It is our desire to make the Play Therapy experience the best it can be for any child coming to Christian Recovery Counseling. For this reason, CRC would like to purchase new toys that will enhance the Play Therapy experience for our young clients.
